What a catch! Pontiac Tourism is happy to announce the upcoming release of our new series Lake2Plate in association with our partners Tourisme Outaouais, SADC Pontiac, MRC Pontiac and MAPAQ.

This Is Lake2Plate – In this first episode, join renowned angler Lawrence Gunther as he makes his way through the Pontiac to Bryson Lake Lodge for a day on the lake and dinner with the people he has met along the way.

Lawrence Gunther not only has an appetite for fishing but he also loves great food! He discovers the people and the

flavours of the Pontiac region visiting Ferme Pleine Lune and the Little Red Wagon Winery.

Chef Tristan Hertzog is a Red Seal Chef, sommelier and skilled forager prepares a meal featuring delicious lake trout and local ingredients.
